THE STATE GOVERNMENT

The California State is constituted according to a structure. It is made up of three distinct segments: the legislative, governing, and judicial. Each branch has its own functions and works autonomously to ensure a balance of power. The parliamentary branch, headed by the California Legislature, is responsible for creating laws. The executive branc
